What Makes Attorney Aaron W. Guidry Uniquely Qualified To Represent You?

Since graduating from Loyola Law School in New Orleans in 1992, I have practiced civil trial law in Lafayette, Louisiana exclusively. I was hired out of law school by my current law partner, Tom Porter, with whom I still practice law. We handle case jointly and work jointly on complex civil litigation cases including medical malpractices, Jones Act and general maritime cases, auto accidents, 18 wheeler accidents and wrongful death claims.

I was raised in Cecilia, Louisiana and following graduation attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette where I received a Bachelor’s degree in English with minors in French and Political Science. I traveled to New Orleans with my wife, Tracey, where I attended Loyola Law School and participated in the law review. I graduated with honors in 1992 and was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in that same year. Throughout the time that I was in undergraduate studies. In law school, I was an officer in the Louisiana Army National Guard. I first served as an infantryman and eventually received training and was assigned as a company commander in a military intelligence unit as a French Linguist. I left the military in 1996 as a captain to concentrate solely on my law practice and on raising my family.

I have been married to Tracey for 23 years. We have three children, Dalane, Luke and Adam. We are active members in East Bayou Baptist Church in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Having been raised and practicing law exclusively in the Acadiana area, I believe that our firm is uniquely qualified to provide representation and results for people who have been injured as a result of negligence on the part of others.
